Configuring Salesforce integrations in VanillaSoft allows you to send data instantaneously from VanillaSoft to Salesforce based on Result Code triggers. You can create or edit Leads, Contacts, and Opportunities, and update Accounts in Salesforce. Additionally, you can map any or all object fields and send tasks and events (such as call-backs and appointments) to your Salesforce contacts. In each VanillaSoft project, you can create multiple integrations. Each integration is based on one or more Result Codes. Note that you can only use a Result Code once per project.

Integration Capabilities

1. Real-Time Data Transfer: Instantly send data from VanillaSoft to Salesforce based on Result Code triggers.

2. Object Management: Create or edit Leads, Contacts, and Opportunities, and update Accounts in Salesforce.

3. Field Mapping: Map any or all object fields between VanillaSoft and Salesforce to ensure accurate data transfer.

4. Task and Event Management: Send tasks and events, such as call-backs and appointments, to your Salesforce contacts.
