To activate or deactivate a user in VanillaSoft, you must have Administrative access. This guide will walk you through the steps to manage user statuses, ensuring your team members have the appropriate access.
How to Deactivate a User

Access the Users Section: From the Admin homepage, select the Users section from the top of the page.

Deactivate the User: Uncheck the Active checkbox for the Username you would like to deactivate.

Save Changes: Once done, click Save.
At this time, the deactivated user will no longer be able to log in to VanillaSoft. If they are currently logged in, they will be automatically logged out when they refresh their page or navigate to a new page.
How to Activate a User

Access the Users Section: From the Admin homepage, select the Users section from the top of the page.

Open Inactive Users: Select the Inactive Users tab from the top.

Activate the User: Check the Active checkbox for the Username you would like to activate.

Save Changes: Once done, click Save.
