If you log into VanillaSoft and receive the message "You have not been assigned to a Project," you have a couple of options depending on your permissions:
If You Have Switching Permission:

If You Do Not Have Switching Permission:

For Admins: Assigning Users to Projects and Teams
Admins play a crucial role in managing how users are assigned and granted access within VanillaSoft. To assign a user to a specific project and team, follow these steps:

Navigate to User Management: From the admin homepage, select Users from the top menu.

Locate the User: Scroll through the user list or use the Search function to find the specific user you wish to assign to a project.

Assign to a Project: Open the Current Project dropdown and select the desired Project you want to assign the user to.
