Connect Your US Health Advisors Email with VanillaSoft
For US Health Advisors (USHA) agents using VanillaSoft, setting up your email account is crucial for effective communication. This guide will walk you through the process of configuring your @ushadvisors.com email address within VanillaSoft using SMTP settings.
Understanding SMTP
SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) is essential for email communication, allowing you to send, receive, and relay outgoing mail. The SMTP server verifies that outgoing emails come from active accounts and returns undelivered emails to the sender with an explanation.
SMTP Server Settings for USHA
- Host/Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): mail.ushadvisors.com
- Account Name/Username: firstname.lastname
- Password: Your US Health Advisors email password
- Port: 25
- Use SSL: Unchecked/disabled
Additional Notes
- Email Sending: When sending an email, the 'From' address will be the email address listed in your Email field in your User Profile. Replies will be directed to this email address and not stored in VanillaSoft.
- Profile Updates: To update the email listed in your profile, refer to the How To Change Your Personal Information article.
