VanillaSoft to Salesforce Integrations Overview
Configuring Salesforce integrations in VanillaSoft allow you to send data instantaneously in real time from VanillaSoft to Salesforce based on Result Code triggers. You can create or edit Leads, Contacts and Opportunities and update Accounts in Salesforce. You can map any or all object fields and send tasks and events (call-backs/appointments) to your Salesforce contacts.
In each VanillaSoft project, you can create multiple integrations. Each integration is based on one or more Result Codes. Note: You can only use a Result Code once per project.
