Accessing Gong Recordings and Analytics
With the integration between VanillaSoft and Gong, reviewing call recordings has never been easier. This guide will walk you through how to access and analyze your call recordings using the Gong integration.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure that:

The Gong integration has been established. Refer to the Integrate Gong with VanillaSoft article for setup instructions.

Users have "Send Audio to Gong" enabled. For more details, see the Managing Gong Users in VanillaSoft article.
How to Access Gong Recordings and Analytics

Log in to VanillaSoft: From the Admin homepage, select the desired project.

Open Dialing & Recording Menu: Open the Dialing & Recording menu, then select the Audio Review section.

Search Call Recordings: Enter the desired search criteria for your call recordings query, then click Search.

Access Gong Recordings: Click the Gong logo icon beside the desired recording. This will open the specific recording on the Gong website.
- Note: This icon only appears if the user has "Send Recording to Gong" active in the Manage Gong Users section of the Integration menu.
Reviewing Call Recordings

If a user has "Send Audio to Gong" enabled and a recording is saved in VanillaSoft, a clickable Gong logo icon will appear in the relevant column.

Clicking this icon will open the specific recording on the Gong website, where you can review and analyze the call.
