The Default Team in VanillaSoft is where contacts are listed if no specific team is assigned. By default, all contacts are automatically included in the Default Team unless otherwise configured. When a contact is part of the Default Team, the Team field is left blank.
Running Queries or Reports on the Default Team
To run a query or generate a report based on contacts in the Default Team, you need to filter for the Team field as blank. This filter will display all contacts without an assigned team, effectively showing only those in the Default Team.
