From the Admin Side
As an Admin, you have several methods to view the contact history for any contact:

From the Caller Side
As a Caller, you can view the history of the contacts you have worked with by following these steps:
- View Recent Activity:
- Click on My CRM at the top of the screen.
- Select the My Stats section (this is usually the default section that opens). This section will display all contacts you have worked with on the current day or the previous day.
- View Older History:
- For contact history from earlier than "yesterday," you will need to manually search for the contacts or request a report.

- To access these reports, your Admin will need to grant you permission by following the steps in the Allow Callers Access to Reports article.
