Reinstall VS Connect
If the above steps do not allow you to open VS Connect, the current installation might be corrupted and may need to be reinstalled. For assistance with this, please refer to our Install or Update VS Connect article.
Antivirus Blocking Access
VanillaSoft does not recommend disabling your antivirus, but if you have an antivirus program installed and cannot open VS Connect, it might be blocking the application. Temporarily disable your antivirus protection to test if VS Connect opens. If it does, you may need to add VS Connect to the whitelist in your antivirus program. Ensure you enable protection again once testing is complete.
Further Assistance
If none of these steps work, please contact VanillaSoft Technical Support for further assistance.
