Cadence in VanillaSoft is a way for you to automate what the next step is. It's best to use Cadence if you have a particular calling process. Setup Cadence within VanillaSoft to eliminate any guess-work and have your Callers follow the desired workflow.

Steps to Build your Cadence
- Step 1 - Build Lead Status Cadence
- Step 2 - Build Result Codes Cadence
- Step 3 - Build Result Code Assignment Cadence
- Step 4 - Build Result Code Based Emails & SMS Cadence
- Step 5 - Build Quick Result Codes Cadence
- Step 6 - Build Call Scripts Cadence
Once these steps are complete, your Callers will start to use this workflow right away. Keep in mind, any changes to your Project may require modifications to your Cadence configuration.
