Vanillasoft is a web-based sales engagement platform that you can access from any device with a modern web browser. While Vanillasoft is compatible with most devices, it is designed and fully supported on Windows and Mac OS for the best experience.
This article walks you through logging in for the first time, setting your password, and points you to the next steps to get your account set up and ready to use.
Log In for the First Time
When your Vanillasoft account is created, you will receive a welcome email containing a temporary password. You will use this to log in for the first time and set your own password.

Navigate to vanillasoft.net.

Enter the email address you used to register for Vanillasoft in the username field.

Enter the temporary password from your welcome email in the password field.
- If you did not receive a welcome email, check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find it, contact Vanillasoft Support.

Click Log In.
Set Your Password
After logging in with your temporary password, you will be prompted to set a new password before continuing. Your temporary password will already be entered in the current password field.

Enter your new password in the New Password field.
- Your new password must meet the following requirements:

At least 8 characters.

At least one lowercase letter.

At least one uppercase letter.

At least one number.
-
At least one symbol.

Different from your username.
- Different from your previous password.

Enter your new password again in the Retype Password field.

Click Submit.
Your password is now set and you will be logged in to Vanillasoft. To confirm your new password works, it is recommended to log out and log back in using your new credentials before continuing with your setup.
You're Logged In. What's Next?
Now that you are logged in, your next steps will depend on how your account is configured. Vanillasoft accounts are set up with either Admin access or Caller access.
