Build Quick Result Codes Cadence

Building your Quick Result Codes Cadence is Step 5 in the Cadence building process. Use the Quick Result Call bar to make it easy for Callers to select the appropriate Result Code and ensure each Contact is flowing through your Cadence as desired.

Access the Quick Result Codes Cadence Section

1. Log in to VanillaSoft as an Admin.
   
   

   ---

2. Select the desired Project.
   
   

   ---

3. Open the Quick Setup menu, then the Cadence submenu, and select the Quick Result Codes section.
   
   

   ---

4. Proceed below to the Build Quick Result Codes Cadence section.

Build Quick Result Codes Cadence

1. Select Let me choose which Result Codes to show.
   
   

   ---

2. Open the Result Codes for Lead Status drop-down and select the first Lead Status.
   
   

   ---

3. Select the desired Result Code from the Eligible Result Codes list and click the right-arrow.
   
   

   ---

4. Open the Result Codes for Lead Status drop-down and select the next Lead Status.
   
   

   ---

5. Select the desired Result Code from the Eligible Result Codes list and click the right-arrow.
   
   

   ---

6. Repeat the above process until you configure all Result Codes as desired, then click Save.
