Updating your SMS templates regularly is crucial to keep your communications effective and compliant. Using Contact Variables enhances personalization and engagement. Note: Admins cannot modify templates created by Callers, and vice versa. If you need to alter a template you did not create, you must contact the creator directly.
Steps to Update an Existing SMS Template for Admins

Access the Desired Project: From the admin homepage, open the project where you want to create the SMS template.

Select SMS Templates: Open the Email, SMS & Docs menu from the top of the page and choose SMS Templates.

Open Your Template: Click on the Display Name of the template you want to modify.

Modify Your Template: Make any necessary changes to your template.
- Test Your Template (optional): Enter your mobile number in the Send SMS Test area and click Send to preview how the template will appear to the recipient.

Save Your Template: Once you are satisfied with the template, click Save.

Access My SMS: From the Caller homepage, click on My SMS at the top of the page.

Navigate to SMS Templates: Open the SMS Templates section from the top of the page.
