Voicemail keeps conversations moving when you cannot pick up. You can place and receive calls with Vanillasoft VoIP using VS Connect or a supported desk phone. If you plan to call from your computer, install the softphone with Install or Update VS Connect, confirm compatibility in Vanillasoft System Requirements, and have your Access Code ready by following Change Your VoIP Access Code (Voicemail PIN). Your Access Code is your voicemail password. If you use a desk phone, follow Configure a Poly Deskphone for Vanillasoft VoIP.
